Allegany County Teachers' FCU has recently introduced ART, our Audio Response Teller. This service is available to you 24/7 and allows you to do the following:
- Account Transfers
- Balance Inquiries
- Change Your ART Access Code
- Check Withdrawals from Savings or Checking
- Cleared Check Verification
- Deposit Verification
- Loan Payment Calculations
- Obtain Current Interest Rate Information
- Transaction Inquiries
- Transfer to a Credit Union Representative
All of these services are available to you right over the telephone, just dial 240.362.0271 or toll free 866.362.0271. ART will ask you to enter your account number. Please refer to the following:

If your account number is only 3-digits, simply use Zero's to fill-in. For example, if you are an Allegany County Teachers' FCU Member and your account number is 123, then you would enter 01000123.
Art will then ask for your access code which is initially the last four digits of your social security number. For security purposes, we recommend that you change your access code to a number that only you will know.
After Hour Telephone Calls
